No.1405 of 2015 dated 03.09.2015 of Senior Civil Judge, Proddutur in allowing the applications for recall of P.Ws 1 to 3 for further cross-examination pursuant to oral gift, this petition is also liable to be dismissed for no grounds to interfere.
