ORDER:- Heard.
2. Petitioner claims on the basis of order of this court in W.P.No.39169 of 2013 dated 02.01.2014 that proceedings for restoration of the assigned land to the petitioner are still not taken by the second respondent as specifically informed to this court in the aforesaid writ petition. Since the petitioner seeks restoration of possession, in view of the assertion given to this court on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein in the aforesaid writ petition, the present writ petition is filed. However, it is found that petitioner has not made any representation to the second respondent and has straight away approached this court.
3. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the second respondent and if such a representation is received, the second respondent shall act in accordance with the order of this court, as recorded in the earlier writ petition.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
