THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2537 of 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 19.03.2015 in I.A.No.110/2013 in O.S.No.494/2007 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. By the impugned order, the learned Junior Civil Judge has taken on record the attested true copy of settlement fair Adangal, F.C.O fair Adangal and F.M.B sketch on behalf of the 2nd defendant. The

learned Junior Civil Judge has categorically directed that the 2nd defendant/Tahsildar is required to produce the original records/registers for verification at the time of marking those documents. Therefore, the impugned order is passed subject to production of originals at the time of marking those documents. The order of the learned Junior Civil Judge strictly is in accordance law and there is no legal or procedural illegality warranting interference with the said order.

4. There are no merits in the present revision petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
