The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No 2 to 4 in failing to act upon the petitioners application dated 16.01.2019 for conducting the survey and to fix the boundaries of the land in Admeasuring Ac.17-08 Gts in Sy.No.304 situated at Rachaluru Village Kandukur Mandal Ranga Reddy District pursuant to the Mee Seva Challan Receipt Dt 12.01.2019 as illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents No 2 to 4 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16 012019 for conducting the survey and to fix the boundaries in the above mentioned land and pass and to pass such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted a F-line application on 16.01.2019 seeking relief and was promised that the needful would be done within 45 working days. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to remain somnolent. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action on the petitioner's application in accordance with the due procedure expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
