This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1, for grant of bail in Crime No.29 of 2019 of Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 468, 471, 409 of IPC and Section 5 of the Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999.

No representation for the petitioner/ A.1. On earlier occasions also, there was no representation on his behalf. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State who brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of this petitioner/ A.1 was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 21.02.2019, passed in Criminal Petition No.873 of 2019. There are no changed circumstances. 3 .

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
