HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 5834 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. For the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the order dated 13.5.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.261 of 2014 in Crl.A.No. 352 of 2014 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District is modified to the effect that the suspension of sentence of imprisonment and bail are granted to the petitioner/accused, pending disposal of the appeal, on his depositing Rs. 2,50,000/- before the trial court within two months from the date of this order and on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the trial court. Failing which, this order shall stand cancelled.

3. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
