HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.586 of 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.4 to 6 in Crime No.169 of 2015 of Nandyal III Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and Section 3(i)(x) of S.Cs. & S.Ts. (PoA) Act, 1989, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The allegations against petitioners are not so serious in nature, but, in any event, as there is a bar for grant of anticipatory bail to the accused in the crime registered for the offence under Section 3 (1) (x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court where the F.I.R. is pending and file bail application and on such surrender and filing of bail application, the Court where the F.I.R. is pending is directed to release petitioners - accused Nos.4 to 6 on bail, on the same day, on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with one surety for a like sum each and further petitioners - accused Nos.4 to 6 are directed to appear before the Respondent-Police as and when required.
