Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Since it is informed that the charge sheet is already filed, the petitioners are at liberty to file discharge application before the concerned Court and if they are aggrieved by the orders to be passed in the discharge application, they can approach this Court.
