THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8271 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner, who is A4 in Cr.No.43 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chinna Chowk Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 r/w 34 IPC and 3 (1) (c) (r) (s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (POA) Amendment Act, 2015, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file fresh application if so advised. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
