HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS APPEAL SUIT No.236 of 2009 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellants stated that the matter is settled out of Court in between the parties and to that effect the appellants, vide letter dated 30-01-2017, instructed him to withdraw the Appeal Suit. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
