ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

" to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to order of A.P.

Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad passed in O.A.No.3682 of 2012, dated 09.07.2015 confirming the orders issued by respondent No.3 in ROC.No.B1/331/GMH/TPT/2010, dated 18.05.2012, holding the same as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, without consideration, without application of mind, unsustainable

and against Articles-14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently, to set aside the said order with further direction to continue the petitioner in the present post." Mr. L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 14.3.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that the dispute in the Writ Petition is settled out of Court and hence, his client wants to withdraw the Writ Petition. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.31391 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
