Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

2) Considering the inconvenience that is being caused to the petitioners/A.2 to A.5 in complying with the bail order condition of attending before the S.H.O, Kovvuru Town P.S, West Godavari District every Sunday coming all the way from Hyderabad by petitioners/A.2 and A.3 and Chennai by petitioners/A.4 and A.5, the stay condition is relaxed.

3) Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
