Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case as the respondents in compliance of the directions of this Court conducted survey, furnished report to the petitioner under Right Information Act and also filed the report before this Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
