HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Criminal Petition No.6965 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings against the petitioner/accused-3 in Crime No.244 of 2009 on the file of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423, 424, 406 read with Section 120-B IPC. At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after completion of investigation, the police filed final report on 01-04-2013, referring the matter as "MISTAKE OF FACT" and that no further orders are required to be passed herein.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in the matter. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
