THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 15122 of 2014 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the developments that took place subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, namely assigning the assets of respondent No.1-Bank to Asset Reconstruction Company India Limited, this writ petition has rendered infructuous. Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. This, however, shall not preclude the petitioner from taking out appropriate proceedings if the circumstances so demand.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
