ORDER

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri S.S.Varma, learned Standing Counsel for NHAI for Respondents 1 and 2, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for R3, R5 and R6 and learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings for R4. 2.

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.6 in passing an award vide Ref N.H.216/L.A/58/2015 dated 21.10.2016 under National High Way Authorities Act, contrary to the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent vide NHAI/AP/Misc/2016/1339 dated 13.07.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

At the hearing, it is represented by learned Standing Counsel for NHAI that after conducting award enquiry and after following due procedure, the award was passed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 4.
