This Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum VI Additional District Judge, Mahabubabad, to take up day to day trial and proceedings in O.P. No.83 of 2017, which was instituted on 31.01.2017. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court a copy of print out taken from the e-Courts website, which shows that since 08.02.2018 till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents, and time is being granted repeatedly by the Court below.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have been served but they are delaying disposal of the said O.P. by not filing the counter. 4.

In view of the said submission, the said Court is directed to decide the O.P. No.83 of 2017 on its file, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity to both the sides. 5.

This Revision is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
