THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3140 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and Cr.PC challenging the order dated 24.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2254 of 2016 in C.C. No.62 of 2014 on the file of the court of IV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.
