ORDER
This writ petition is filed alleging that the 2nd respondent is interfering with the construction made by the petitioner in his property bearing No.4-1-2/A/1/1, Eden Bagh, King Kothi, Ramkote, Hyderabad, in accordance with the building permission granted by the 2nd respondent on 31.01.2019 permitting him to construct stilt + 2 floors..

The assertion of the petitioner is that he is not making any construction in deviation of the building permission. 3.
Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, on instructions, submits that the allegation of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent is interfering with his construction is false and that the intention of the petitioner is only to obtain an order not to interfere with the construction made by him and to make construction in deviation of the building permission.

Having regard to the respective submissions, it is made clear that it is the responsibility of the 2nd respondent to ensure that the constructions are made in accordance with the building permission. 5.
Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that the 2nd respondent is not interfering with the construction made by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the
CKR, J W.P.No.4221 of 2019 petitioner shall not make any construction in deviation of the building permission, and in the event, any deviation is made, the respondents are at liberty to take action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
