Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 2.
This Writ petition is filed alleging that respondent - Police are illegally interfering with civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 pertaining to the land in Survey No.217/A/1 situated at Vepalagadda Village, H/o. Sujathanagar Village, Grama Panchayat and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that no crime is registered against the petitioner and the respondent - Police are not interfering with the civil disputes, as alleged by the petitioner.

Since no crime is registered against the petitioner, the apprehension of the petitioner is no more valid. However, it is needless to observe that unless crime is registered and presence of the petitioner is required, he shall not be harassed and called to the Police Station.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
