THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.2912 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 09.06.2015 in I.A.No.633 of 2014 in O.S.No.361 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and to that effect he also filed letter dated 12.04.2017 before the Registry.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
