Inala Diwakar, Krishna Dist. v. Medikonda Jeswanth Rao, Krishna Dist.
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY CONTEMPT CASE NO.1050 OF 2016 DATED:05-1-2018 Between:
Inala Diwakar ... Petitioner And Medikonda Jeswanth Rao ... Respondent COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONER: None appeared COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT: - THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
CVNR, J CC 1050/2016 ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.11.02.2016 in W.P. No.4385 of 2016.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. I have heard Mr. Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (AP) appearing for the respondents. The learned Standing Counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to photographs filed at pages 34 to 36 and submitted that the photographs at page 36 show the existence of illegal constructions, the photographs at page 35 show the process of removal of those structures and the photographs at page 34 reflect the vacant site after completing the removal of the illegal constructions.
Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present to controvert the above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel supported by the photographs as discussed above, I am of the opinion that the respondent has complied with the order this Court, though belatedly.
For the aforementioned reasons, the contempt case is dismissed.
