No. 4172 of 2020 Dt: 27-02-2020 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Habeas Corpus petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's father, namely Yallaiah Vadde, before this Court, and to set him at liberty. Mr. Syed Ahmed Ali, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
