HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21955 OF 2012 O R D E R :
The petitioner complains against the inaction of respondents in mutating the name of the petitioner as represented on 24.03.2012. The petitioner claims to have purchased the property from the recorded owners and is entitled for consideration of application, filed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). The Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the grievance is one of inaction and the 1st respondent, who is the competent authority under the Act, will take up the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with the Act, follow procedure and dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The statement of Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record.
The writ petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 24.03.2012 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to furnish copy of representation and copy of order for expeditious and timely disposal by 1st respondent. No order as to costs.
