This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 (1) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.2 to relax the conditions imposed by order, dated 05.02.2018, in Crl.M.P.No.873 of 2018 in Crime No.167 of 2016 of Cyber Crime Police Station, on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and to release his passport and permit him to travel to UAE. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

By the aforesaid order, dated 05.02.2018, the learned Magistrate, while enlarging the petitioner/ accused No.2 on bail on executing a bond for Rs.10,000/ - with two sureties for the like sum each, imposed conditions to surrender his passport and to appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Sunday.

The conditions imposed are recent one. Hence, there are no merits to consider the petition, at this stage. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
