Yasa Venkatram Narsaiah v. The State Of Telangana

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4198 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioners in this case reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring to declare the illegal action of the respondent No.2 kept pending revision vide E1/1503 of 2018 but there is no any positive action in passing any lawfull orders kept pending is illegal, improper, injustice and discrimination violation of natural justice and Articles 14 to 21 and 300A and consequently direct the respondents No.

2 to allocate the alternative lands for equal to the subject lands or compensation to the petitioners for resuming the lands after 60 years of our own cultivation in flimsy and false grounds and further direct the respondents not to proceed any further constructions in the subject lands admeasuring total Extent Acs.4.10 Guntas in Sy.No.262/147 situated at Kesamudra Revenue Village until decide the issue in this regard and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The aforestated prayer apart from doing great violence to the English language does not make any sense whatsoever. On that short ground, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to file a Writ Petition afresh with a proper prayer.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
