HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.1868 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is filed against the order dated 28-052015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.868 of 2013 in M.C.No.06 of 2012 by the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, whereby the trial Court refused to hear the application filed by petitioners to issue salary attachment warrant to the Respondent No.2 herein.

The trial Court passed the impugned order, since the main case is posted for arguments and the entire case can be disposed of after hearing the arguments.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and having perused the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the impugned order passed by the trial Court is not erroneous in law. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed.
