1 This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to set aside the order dated 12.09.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3906 of 2014 in C.C.No.275 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parkal, Warangal District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

3 Hence the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
