HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5159 of 2016 ORDER:

In view of the demand draft No.034688, dated 02.01.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank for an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- in favour of XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, shown obtained by revision petitioners from Xerox copy of it filed by the counsel for the petitioners stating to be deposited in the trial Court by tomorrow, thereby the time is extended for deposit till 06.01.2017 by allowing the application in C.R.P.M.P.No.7421 of 2016 and on such deposit and adjustment to civil Court deposits, the trial Court shall permit the revision respondent to withdraw the amount by filing part satisfaction memo in the execution proceedings.

Heard both sides at length.

It is pursuant to the above compliance, the revision petition is disposed of by suspending the execution proceedings for three(3) months from today to enable the revision petitioners/J.Drs. to pay the entire decree amount meantime at not less than Rs.4,00,000/- per each month and for whatever balance due the executing Court can proceed after 01.04.2017.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
