HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO S.A.M.P.No.2536 of 2016 IN/AND SECOND APPEAL No.1097 of 1998 JUDGMENT:

The appellants 2, 4 to 7, who are the legal representatives of late N.Balaji Singh, late N.Pancham Singh and late Gangaram Singh and the sole respondent are present and they have submitted memorandum of compromise. The terms of the compromise are read over and explained to the parties, who stated that they have entered into the compromise voluntarily to bind them. Having regard to the above, S.A.M.P.No.2536 of 2016 is ordered and the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. The memorandum of compromise is appended as part of this judgment. No order as to costs.
