HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos.2564, 2613, 2609 and 2578 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :

When the matters are called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submits that the subject matter of these writ petitions is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.33679 of 2016, dated 07.108.2016.

In the said writ petition, this Court directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' applications submitted for regularization.

Having regard to the above, these writ petitions are disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 therein to consider the applications stated to have been submitted by the petitioners therein relating to the subject property situated at Guttala Begumpet Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with the Rules framed in G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 02.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
