Since the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2017 seeking renewal of contract for supply of non-teaching staff on outsourcing basis to KGBR Schools is stated to be pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2017 in terms of G.O.Rt.No.4271 Finance (SMPC) Department dated 01.11.2008 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
