The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet, to expeditiously dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2020 filed by the petitioner seeking interim custody of the vehicle bearing registration No.TS 29 T 9404.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 3.

As the relief sought by the petitioner is innocuous in nature, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2019 in Crime No.302 of 2019 on the file of Chityala Police Station, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
