The case of the petitioners is that they were appointed as Junior Lecturers in Civics with effect from 14-08-1998 in Zone V. Later they were promoted and transferred as lecturers in Degree College vide proceedings in Rc.No.574/Ser.III.1/2006 (V), dated 08-08-2006. The petitioners also passed NET during 1995 and 1997 respectively. The grievance of the petitioners is that their pay is fixed at Rs.24,320/- in the year 2010. Their juniors who were appointed as Junior Lecturers along with them during and promoted as Lecturers drawing Rs.28,560/- in 2010 and noticing the same, the petitioners made representation to the 2nd respondent on 20-01-2016 and 18-02-2016 to rectify the anomaly in fixing their pay. The 2nd respondent issued instructions to the Principal, Kakatiya Government College, Hanmakonda requesting him to provide information. The Principal, Kakatiya Junior College submitted information on 04-08-2016 to the 2nd respondent for rectifying anomaly. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Education.

Since it is stated that proposals for rectifying the anomaly in respect of petitioners is pending, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the proposals sent by the Principal, Kakatiya Junior College on 04-08-2016 and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 05-12-2016 nvl
