ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering with the 1st petitioner's lands admeasuring Ac.0.16, Ac.0.11 and Ac.0.100 gts, total Ac.0.41 gts, in Sy.Nos.7A, 8/A and 8AA/2 respectively, and 2nd petitioner's lands admeasuring Ac.0.15, Ac.0.11 and Ac.0.15 gts, total Ac.0.41 gts, in Sy.Nos.7A, 8/A/2 and 8AA/1 respectively, situated at Vikarabad Mandal and District, without following due process of law. 3.

The assertion of the petitioners is that respondents 3 and 4 had visited their lands on 20.02.2019, informed that they proposed to lay a road and flyover near their lands and took measurements. 4.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that neither there is any proposal to lay a road nor there is any work is being undertaken.

In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction that in the event the lands of the petitioners are required for public purpose, the respondents shall follow due process of law as prescribed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act

CKR, J W.P.No.4248 of 2019 30 of 2013) and pay compensation in terms of Section 38 of the Act. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
