Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 28.10.2019, before the Registrar Judicial of this Court saying that the cause of action does not survive in the writ petition and the petitioner is not interested to continue the writ petition and he wants to withdraw the same.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
