The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not withdrawing the 'lookout notice' in crime No.61 of 2016 on the file of the Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, even after quashing the proceedings against the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the Look Out Circular (LOC) opened against the petitioner was deleted with effect from 01.02.2017. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
