In view of the communication issued by respondent in terms of order of this Court in W.P.No.12407 of 2017 and filing of W.P.No.25250 of 2017 challenging the said communication, the counsel seeks liberty to canvass all the grounds available against the communication and does not press the contempt case. Contempt case is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
