The petitioner contends that he had made application on 28.08.2013 to 4th respondent under Rule 14 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Rules, 1950, read with Section 32 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 with regard to the subject land.

The counsel for petitioner contends that 4th respondent is not passing any orders on the said application even though the same had been filed more than two-and-a-half years ago.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if
