HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.92 of 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 17-11-2011 passed in I.A.No.608 of 2011 in O.P.No.19 of 2009 by the Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, directing to surrender the passport before the Court by the respondent.

During the pendency of revision petition, no stay was in force, thereby O.P.No.19 of 2009 was allowed in part by the Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada on 27-08-2012 and the appeal in C.M.A.No.1127 of 2012 was also disposed of by this Court on 18-03-2014. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.P. and appeal itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
