In the circumstances, following the order dated 10-4-2017 in W.P.No.5380 of 2017 and batch and for the reasons therein, the writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
