HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA SECOND APPEAL No.1042 OF 2017 JUDGMENT:

Heard Ms. Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for Sri A.Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the appellant.

In fact, learned counsel for the appellant would fairly come out that there is no substantial question of law involved, on the basis of concurrent findings recorded by the Courts below. When concurrent findings have been recorded by the Courts below, basing on which the conclusion was arrived at, unless the findings are shown to be utterly perverse, no substantial question of law arises.

Therefore, on this short ground and also for the reason that clauses 'a' and 'b', which are formulated as the substantial questions of law mentioned in the grounds of appeal, do deal with only factual aspects, but do not involve any questions of law, the present Second Appeal is dismissed.
