2. Petitioners complain that in spite of their representation dated 08.08.2015 the second respondent is not taking up their request for mutation and for grant of pattadar passbook in respect of the agricultural dry land in Survey No.171/2014, old Sy.No.171/2, area Ac.4-06 guntas and Sy.No.171/62, area Ac.0-34 guntas, totaling area Ac.5-00 guntas situated at Kardanoor Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District.
3. Apparently, petitioners have made a representation on 08.08.2015 before the second respondent in the prescribed proforma under Form VI-A in accordance with the Rules framed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar
Passbooks Act, 1971.
4. In view of that, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners, as above, and pass appropriate orders within 45 days of receipt of such application in accordance with law.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
