This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order, dated 08-08-2017, passed by this Court in WPMP.No.32727 of 2017 in WP.No.26382 of 2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Services says that the order in the writ petition has been complied with. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
