THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1366 OF 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner - respondent No.1 assailing the order, dated 06.02.2013, of the learned Principal District Judge, Nellore, passed in I.A.No.65 of 2011 in G.O.P.No.43 of 2011. 2.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the office of the learned Principal District Judge, Nellore, telephonically informed this Court that the said G.O.P. was transferred to the Court of Additional District Judge, Gudur, on the point of jurisdiction and was renumbered as G.O.P.No.589 of 2014 and the learned Additional District Judge, Gudur, disposed of the same on 13.06.2016.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
