THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32480 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not investigating Crime No.314 of 2012 registered under Sections 423, 420 and 120B I.P.C., read with certain provisions of the Registration Act, 1908, on the file of Bowenpally Police Station, Secunderabad.

Relying on the written instructions dated 30.07.2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that upon the petitioner's private complaint before the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, which was forwarded to the police authorities, Crime No.314 of 2012 was registered on the file of Bowenpally Police Station and investigation was taken up. Upon completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was stated to have been laid before the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad under SR No.1062 of 2015 dated 25.02.2015.

In the light of the aforestated developments, the allegation of the petitioner as to the inaction on the part of the police authorities is shown to be without basis.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
