Assailing non-disposal of I.A.No.1602 of 2010 in I.P.No.2 of 2007 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, the present revision is filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of relief sought in this revision petition, the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, is directed to pass orders in I.A.No.1602 of 2010, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
