HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.21450 of 2017 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for both the parties submitted that this writ petition is covered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 08.11.2009, passed by this Court in W.P.No.19283 of 2017 and batch.

In view of the same and for the reasons recorded in the aforesaid judgment, this Court is of the considered view that in the interest of justice, it would be appropriate to set aside the orders passed by the 3rd respondent-Labour Court in I.D.No.9 of 2007 dated 30.04.2007 and in I.A.No.148 of 2016 in I.D.No.9 of 2007 dated 31.03.2017 and the matter be remanded to the 3rd respondent for fresh adjudication, on merits, after giving opportunity to all the parties.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
