Papa Rao, preferred the above Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to appoint an Arbitrator in pursuance Agreement of Sale dated 27-12-2004 to decide the dispute between the applicants and the respondent;
And whereas the High Court upon perusing the Application and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.B.S.S. Papa Rao, Advocate for the Applicant made the following ORDER: "Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 03-07-2015. In addition to Court notice, petitioners to give personal notice to the respondent and file proof of service".
