ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings dated 29.04.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.12 of 2012 in M.C.No.13 of 2012 on the file of Special Magistrate of First Class, Venkatagiri, Nellore District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the second respondent are living together and the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and therefore, the criminal petition may be dismissed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
